I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
I have experience providing therapy to adults faced with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, and difficulties in adjusting to new life situations. I center my treatment approach based on collaborative partnerships with my clients to help them reach their goals.
