Hi, my name is Heather Hammock and I am a licensed professional counselor in VA. I see moms that are stressed, anxious, depressed, and dealing with postpartum anxiety and depression. Some of my clients see me for relationship issues or other life events. Additionally, other clients seek support for parenting issues; I have spent years working with kids with ADHD. I enjoy partnering with my clients and sharing strategies to improve their mental health.
I offer online sessions and walk and talk sessions for moms that live in the Richmond, VA area. I use evidence-based strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal neurobiology, mindfulness, and relationship-focused therapies.
