My practice is unique because I combine talk therapy with a powerful and gentle form of energy work called Soul Lightening Acupressure. I guide clients to focus on what arises naturally from their inner selves – physical sensations, emotions, thoughts, images – and together we use this inner wisdom as a guide for what needs healing and attention. The energy work will help you feel calm, centered, grounded, and connected with your higher self. As we allow the energy that is stuck in the body from trauma or stress to flow freely again, old patterns of thoughts and behaviors can clear, insights arise, and lasting healing can occur.
In our sessions you will feel that your whole being - mind, emotions, body, and soul/spirit is respected, heard, and cared for. You will learn simple ways to calm your nervous system so you can concentrate, connect with others, and feel safe in the world. We always go gently and at your pace. I specialize in working with Highly Sensitive People.
My approach is warm, cooperative, curious, deeply respectful, attentive to our relationship, and focused on your strengths.
