I am passionate about my role as a helper and the partnership that is created when I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors on their journeys toward wellness. Typical goals that I help my clients achieve are: Moving forward after traumatic events. Creating a mindful, purposeful way of facing life's challenges such divorce, infertility, and grief /loss. I have twenty-two years of experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents and adults of all ages. I draw from well researched therapeutic approaches to help my client's reach their goals. My expertise includes helping those that suffer from PTSD, anxiety, family of origin issues, infertility, and grief and loss.
