Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. Heather is now offering EMDR intensives which involve 3-4 hours of EMDR to fast track trauma work.
Heather’s therapeutic approach is based on the idea that people are in control of their own outcomes and simply need a little guidance or change in perspective at different times in their lives.
