I have experience working with families and individuals in helping to identify what isn't working for them or their relationships and finding alternative ways of thinking and responding that support healthy mental heath. Underneath our unhealthy crutches can be anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or attachments that hinder growth and healthy relationships.
