As a nationally certified sex therapist with extensive training, I specialize in relationships, codependency, ADHD, and various sexual health concerns. These include low libido, erectile dysfunction, sexual pain, infidelity, sexual identity, midlife challenges, and post-menopausal issues. Together, we'll navigate your unique journey towards personal growth.
I offer virtual (telehealth) and in-person coaching and counseling to a select group of clients. I host the Great Sex Podcast and provide free and paid resources through my company, Love Filled Life (lovefilledlife.com) I offer a signature course and group coaching for individuals and couples dealing with erectile dysfunction.
My approach combines authenticity, warmth, and directness. I create a relaxed environment where you'll feel cared for, yet challenged. With my background in military and corporate leadership, and as a partner and mom, I bring a wealth of life experience to our sessions.
