I'm Heather and I work for Alma Counseling, LLC. I believe in the healing power of laughter, the importance of positive relationships, and that to have successful relationships with others we must first have a successful relationship with ourselves.
I take a person-centered and strengths-based approach to addressing the concerns that have brought you into treatment with me. I believe that growth is fueled when you create a safe place for someone to truly be themselves. Our work will be driven by the goals you have for yourself as we problem solve, brainstorm, and collaborate with each other.
