I believe we each have within us all that we need in order to create the life we desire and that therapy is a collaborative effort between client and therapist to work towards creating this life. I see my role as a therapist to be one in which I inspire clients to open up to the possibilities within themselves and to support, challenge and hold them through that process. I also strongly believe that healing comes from addressing all parts of the self (emotional, physical and spiritual) and bringing these into alignment.
I have been working in the field of counseling since 2005. I have worked in a variety of treatment settings, most relevant being 3 years at Rainrock Treatment Center, a residential program for eating disorders. I have been working in outpatient treatment since 2011 focusing primarily on eating disorders and related issues.
I am currently only accepting new clients who are interested in doing virtual/telehealth therapy. This is provided via a secure online platform.
