In therapy, I offer a supportive space to collaboratively explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I utilize a variety of techniques, including exploring relationships, identifying problematic thought patterns, and mindfulness and relaxation techniques. My therapeutic approach encourages development of curiosity and compassion towards yourself.
