Running Therapy
**Currently on hold. Please contact me for information if interested in joining a future running therapy group** Join me for a transformative running therapy group. This non-competitive run includes techniques to practice mindful running, a weekly schedule to build running endurance, tips and information to support your mental, physical, and nutritional self, and a 90-minute weekly session where we run* together and spend time processing what's arising through our journey. *All levels, paces, and abilities are welcomed. The 60-minute outdoor run, run/walk, walk is based on individual fitness and ability.
