Prioritizing self-pay clients due to current availability. I specialize in working with adults struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and adjustment. LGBTQ+ adults struggling with issues related to their identity and sexuality are my ideal clients. I am also familiar and comfortable with working with those in non-traditional relationship types - non-monogamy (ENM, Polyamory, Swinging), BDSM/Kink, blended families, etc.
Therapy is what you make of it. It is not a quick fix, but rather a journey that’s guided by someone who is a neutral party, that you can trust and collaborate with to help reach your goals. We take for granted how important it is to feel seen, heard, safe and cared for.
I promise to always be genuine and honest. Sometimes that means saying something you might not want to hear or agree with, but my authentic observations and concerns serve the primary goal of furthering the therapeutic process.
