I offer individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I use a holistic, strengths based, non-pathologizing approach to mental health treatment, with a trauma informed lens.
I value the therapeutic relationship and create a safe, nonjudgmental space to work through the therapeutic process. While I use CBT and mindfulness to support with regulation, I also believe in the importance in taking a closer look at the why and helping our emotional self feel more in tune with our rational self, as these can often feel disconnected.
