In our work together we will use compassion and creativity to discover your inner wisdom and strengths, and to identify and change old patterns of feeling.
To help bring about healing and change, we might use methods such as guided meditation, visualization, CBT, mindfulness techniques, dreamwork, and creative expression. I view therapy as sacred time where we discover the tools needed for healing in a unique way for each individual.
