As a counselor with a music therapy background, I value creativity, flexibility, and positivity in my work. I work with individual adults with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, medical issues/pain management and suicidality. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and music therapy techniques as appropriate.
