I am trained and certified in many clinical interventions that allows for an integrative approach. I incorporate skill building, trauma interventions, behavioral modification, resourcing, and collaborative work with others to provide the most effective results possible. Previous settings include: inpatient, outpatient, schools, home based therapy, sexual assault services, respite care, family services, emergency/crisis intervention and community mental health.

Through various interventions, we are able to work together towards a better quality of life and reach your goals. Combining physical wellness with mental health interventions allows for a more comprehensive approach and better outcomes. Interventions: CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT, Polyvagal, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and wellness work.

We are a teaching facility and currently have interns coming on May 2024 who can take no insurance and manageable self-pay rates. In addition, we have seven clinicians ready to assist you on your therapy journey! LCSW supervision is also provided by myself and one another LCSW. Please email for more information.

LCSW Group Supervision - May 2024

We will be providing group supervision for LCSW supervisee's in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This is a closed group, meets in person the third Saturday of the month, snacks will be provided. The time will consist of topic discussions around intervention, professional development, and sharping skills. The last hour will be case presentation, review of diagnosis/pathology, intervention questions, and case consult. Cost is $75 per group. This group meets weekly Monday from 6pm - 7:30pm. September 30th - Monday November 11th. This 10-week group is designed for the middle school student who needs support and guidance with topics such as anxiety, depression, mood, adjusting to the school year, managing expectations, relationships, using technology effectively, bullying, and overall transitioning back to school. Group members will learn executive functioning skills, time management, coping skills, mindfulness practices and more. Group will cap at 14 students. Cost is $40/session. Payment plans available.
