Recently opened practice by a retired UW-Madison psychologist. Are you looking to enhance resilience and joy while reducing suffering related to adversities and mental health concerns? Individual therapy can enhance vitality, courage, and purpose in life while also uncovering and alleviating causes of internal suffering. My integrative approach is grounded in 20+ years of experience leading neuroscientific research and providing psychotherapy for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related concerns. I also specialize in addressing concerns stemming from marginalization, disempowerment, and interpersonal, parenting, and/or peripartum issues.

I am experienced with a wide variety of insight-oriented and cognitive behavioral therapies. I also specialize in mind-body approaches and mindfulness-based therapies. I bring my perspectives from neuroscience, and additionally from advanced studies in yoga, to provide holistic psychotherapy aimed at building resilience and vitality in the mind and body.
I would be delighted to explore the possibility of working together. My approach is both empathic and action-oriented, which supports short- and long-term changes. I work with adults of all ages who are Wisconsin residents. I am a culturally oriented therapist committed to doing anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ positive work. Daytime & some evening availability.
