Hi there! My name is Heather, and I am a doctoral-level licensed marriage & family therapist licensed in CA, MI, and IL. As a relationship-focused therapist, I am committed to helping couples, individuals, and families create strong, secure, and lasting connections in their relationships. My work focuses on helping clients identify negative patterns of communication and learn to express emotions, attachment needs, and desires in ways that build secure connections. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
