I am a good match for Individuals: who are in transition, feel worn out from an old way of being, struggling to find their center in relationships, or have experienced loss of power from past relationships, have early on trauma and struggle to break from old patterns, struggling with low self-esteem, social anxiety, shame, lack of joy, relational trauma and discord, childhood family trauma, anxiety, nervous system exhaustion, depression, loss during life transitions and physical health challenges. I offer support for clients with depression, anxiety, bipolar, developmental trauma and those curious about their bicultural identity.
I offer a mix of traditional talk therapy, contemplative practices and somatic interventions. I am formally trained in Somatic Experience and offer support for nervous system regulation. In addition I engage clients with elements of Internal Family Systems, Insight Oriented Modalities and a Psychodynamic approach.
