The Green Zone: Self-Regulation for Grades 1-5
A child's ability to self-regulate their emotions and behaviors is one of the most important skills for success in school and life. This 6-week program will teach kids to identify their emotions, understand how their behavior affects themselves and others, and learn tools to manage their emotions and control their behavior.

Worry Warriors for Grades 1-5
Worry Warriors is a 6-week program is designed for kids who struggle with excessive worrying, stress, and/or general anxiety. This is a fun, kid-friendly program that will help kids recognize signs of stress and anxiety, teach coping skills to manage worrying thoughts, and strategies to maintain a calm body and mind.

Scholars: Executive Function Skills Group
Executive function skills are essential for school achievement, problem-solving, and making positive behavior choices. Our Scholars Coaching program is for the pre-teen and teen who has difficulty managing time, staying focused, planning and completing tasks, staying organized, remembering things, and controlling impulses. Our goal is to help students become independent, confident, and self-motivated learners ready to succeed at the next grade level in school and in life.
