The path to healing can be challenging but also rewarding. Hearts 2 Heal, LLC provides psychotherapy to individuals and families working through challenges and trying to find healthier ways to cope with life stressors. I utilize a more traditional method of psychotherapy (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered Therapy and Family Therapy) all while focusing on a strengths based perspective. I work with clients in efforts to engage them in understanding their triggers and trauma as it relates to overall mental health and wellness.
I would like to help clients identify their overall needs as it relates to improving mental functioning and ability. During this journey, I will be an advocate for additional services and/or any other specialties if needed. I strongly encourage journaling and mindfulness to help clients identify thinking patterns.
