Reaching out to a therapist for support can be hard but you are worth it. In the safe space of our work together I will provide you with a place where you will be listened to with compassion and understanding. Through our work together I will bring gentle curiosity to the areas of your life you want to explore, change, and heal. This can look like building needed skills to improve your relationships and reduce your symptoms, supporting your exploration of past experiences and beliefs impacting you today, and determining a new path forward.

I work with clients on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, neurodiversity, academic stress, and substance use. My therapy style is warm, creative, compassionate, and informative. My practice is feminist, trauma-informed, IFS-informed, with use of mindfulness, creative therapy, and sandtray therapy if so inclined.
