Our practice has current openings including evening and weekend! - I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (Telehealth Only) informed by attachment theory, mindfulness, and a person-centered approach. I continue to utilize knowledge around mild-moderate disabilities such as ADD, ADHD, and anxiety disorders.
I have worked with individuals, families, teens, and children presenting a variety of needs. I thrive in supporting those experiencing life changes and challenges, aiming to improve feelings of anxiety, and improve relationships. My expertise in the education system, specifically special education, can support many school and family-based concerns.
Working together is a learning process in which initial sessions are dedicated to ensuring we are a strong fit for the work needed. Priority is put on intentions, goal setting, and needs for therapy. I strive to create a safe and comfortable space for healing, processing, and recovery. With a creative lens, we work together to navigate hardship and traumas.
