If you are an adolescent, adult, or couple experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, or other mental health experiences. I am here to help provide a safe and comfortable environment for you that allows you to process and explore the most difficult situations within your life. I offer in-person and Telehealth online sessions. I have substantial training and experience working with children, families, and adults who experienced trauma, utilizing a trauma-based approach in therapy.
