I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to treat trauma. This evidence-based modality is designed to help individuals process and overcome traumatic experiences. With CPT, we will work together to challenge and modify unhelpful beliefs related to trauma, allowing you to gain a new perspective and reduce the impact of trauma on your daily life.

We can use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help you detach negative emotions from a traumatic event without discussing the details of your experience.
