I work with people experiencing a variety of symptoms and diagnoses including but not limited to anxiety, depressive, personality disorders, psychosis, teenage challenges and men's issues. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental space for people to process difficult situations, identify adaptive ways to address symptoms and make change to behavior that aligns with their belief systems, often resulting in increased life satisfaction. I specialize in helping people that feel stuck and helping them create a new path forward. I also do a lot of work with men's issues and general skill building.

As a clinician, I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients where they can freely express their thoughts and feelings. I use research-based treatments to help you meet your therapy goals.

I provide Individual counseling via both telehealth and in-person for individuals ages 12 and older at CARE Counseling's Lake Elmo/Woodbury location or via telehealth. I most often work with individuals who experience difficulties with Trauma, body image or self esteem, gender dysphoria, mild eating disorders, stress, anxiety, OCD, depression, and more. I use an Integrated approach of primarily feminist, psychodynamic and exestential therapies, but often pull from other lenses depending on an individual's unique circumstances.

For support in managing difficulties in your personal & professional lives caused by unresolved traumas or conflict, therapy can help. I work with individuals, couples, & families to help collaboratively tackle the challenges they are facing, through creating a new insight & forming an action, solution plan. Additionally, I practice EMDR therapy, AEDP, Brainspotting and Neurofeedback and find it powerful in healing a range of psychological concerns including depression, anxiety, shame and trauma and areas where clients experience "being stuck". My practice is based on years of well-established evidence-based effective treatments.
