We support individuals in healing from identity trauma, code-switching, imposter syndrome-resulting in self doubt and anxiety, stress, and depressive lows, family/cultural pressures, community stressors, and intergenerational trauma. We believe in the Mind Body connection and use EMDR, Brain-spotting, inner child work, and somatic work to facilitate healing.
