At Healista, we believe everyone has the power within themselves to make a change in their lives. They just sometimes need a little help along the way. And that’s where we come in. Our approach involves the whole person, including the systems and groups we all move within, so our clients can adopt lasting resilience that helps them find relief and live a healthier, more aligned life. In addition to psychotherapy, we offer reiki, breathwork, and acupuncture. Our psychotherapists work with children, couples, adults and families.
