Offering neuroaffirming Autism and AD/HD evaluation for children and adults. I am a holistic, person-centered clinician and use a collaborative approach to support my clients in exploring the ways that societal, familial, and intergenerational trends have impacted their self-concept, sensed safety in relationship, and coping strategies. Utilizing a blend of Polyvagal theory, CBT, ACT, and mind-body interventions, I aim to support clients in understanding the root causes of their stuck points and challenges and replacing undesirable coping strategies with ones that align with their goals.
Collaboratively, my clients and I come to understand the patterning and underlying motivation of behaviors. We explore where tendencies, desires, fears, and motivations are rooted. From there, shifts in perception and relationships are made, both of self and others. In these ways, I help my clients shed what no longer serves them.
