The mission of Healing Pathways Center is to assist individuals and families in meeting life's challenges. Through the process of engagement, relationship building and mindful practices, we tap into the heart of the matter. Whether depression, anxiety, autism, life transitions, behavioral or parenting concerns, pain issues and loss of a loved one our goal is to empower individuals towards healing, and coping. Without preconceived notions, therapy becomes a vehicle for you to explore and uncover goals, road blocks, stepping stones and more. All with a desire to live a healthier and happier life.
I specialize in treatment of persons (ages 2-65+), using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques. I work with individuals and families to develop treatment strategies that best meet their needs. Psychotherapy can be a powerful tool to deal with various challenges presented in life.
I assist clients in getting to know themselves on a deeper level, helping to alleviate their emotional pain or confusion, facilitating a more complete understanding of their psychological issues, helping to establish more effective coping mechanisms and fostering a more accurate understanding of someone's past and what is desired for their future.
