Very early on in my youth, I found that all I wanted to do in this life was help others. Now, as a psychotherapist, nothing brings me more joy than helping clients find healing and feel more at peace in their minds, bodies, relationships, and life circumstances.
I believe that a majority of healing work in therapy comes through creating a space where clients can feel safe to unload all that is heavy, self-reflect and become aware of unhelpful patterns, and commit to making shifts to help overcome trauma and move more easily through day-to-day challenges.
In my practice, I take an integrative approach, drawing from mindfulness-based therapies such as ACT and DBT, as well as a variety of other techniques as is fitting. I tailor my treatment to each individual’s unique needs, using a collaborative approach, and invite you to bring all parts of yourself to be seen and heard.
