Do you feel like you are struggling in the darkness of depression, grief or trauma? Do you feel stuck, lost or numb? Is anger affecting your relationships, work or other aspects of your life? Do you regularly feel anxious or unsettled? We are passionate about supporting others in finding the path towards mental wellness. This includes creating a safe space to explore your feelings, process past traumatic experiences and develop healthy, helpful coping tools. You don’t have to do this alone. We want to help you find light in the darkness and restore the hope you’ve lost.
We strongly believe everyone has inner resources that may just need a space to find their way to the surface to help the healing begin. Our approach is straight forward, honest and empathic. Our goal is not to offer you what we think you should do, but rather to listen and help you find the solutions that will work best for you.
Sometimes no matter how many supports we have, one may still feel alone and isolated. Please reach out; we look forward to speaking with you and helping you on a path towards healing. Clinical interns are available for pro bono in-person services at our Juneau location.
