I believe that each person’s counseling journey is unique and therefore I will strive to individually tailor each session using evidence-based practices to help heal your mind.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-CBT to help clients make connections and find meaning behind their current problems, behaviors, actions, thoughts, feelings and how those experiences affect their daily lives. I have nearly ten years working experience in mental health including suicide/crisis intervention, depression, anxiety and more.
