Through my years in the mental health field, I have grasped an array of experience. My approach to therapy includes person centered, and CBT. With me as your therapist, I hope to be someone who will support you, help improve your mood, overcome your fears/insecurities, cope with stress, identify your triggers, end destructive habits and more.
