I specialize in Anxiety, which I am familiar with by the way it manifested itself in my own experience, as well as the most current and effective treatment modalities. Depression is also a specialty. I am proficient in dealing with this particular problem along with the painful symptoms that frequently accompany depression .My clients and their wellbeing is of the utmost concern to me and I am willing to share in the process with you as we work together on a brighter and less stressful future ahead!
I have been a practicing therapist for over twenty years and I have developed an understanding of many aspects of mental health issues and how they impact the lives of my clients.. I know that everyone is living in an extremely stressful time right now, and I strongly encourage you to consider therapy. as a way to manage your mental health make improvements!
