I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Drug and Alcohol counselor. I am intensely trained as a Dialectical Behavioral Therapist (DBT). In addition, I am a certified Heath Coach. I am trained in providing Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction classes and Mindful awareness skills groups. I have have been practicing for over 30 years. I provide DBT Skills Group and psychotherapy and assessment to adults.
My specialty is DBT skills training however, I also teach mindfulness skills by utilizing mediation and mindful awareness. As a certified health coach, I can assist in making lifestyle changes that will improve overall mental and physical health. I work with whole health which puts you in the center and includes, mind, body, and soul.

DBT Skills Training Group for Adults - Virtual
This group meets weekly for 1 hour. You will learn skills based on Marsha Linehan's DBT therapy. Skills include Mindfulness, Distress tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness. This skills training groups helps with anxiety, depression and teaches effective coping skills, emotion regulation and much more.
