Thank you for your willingness to begin a healing journey. I obtained a Master of Arts in Human Services: Marriage and Family (specialization) and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (in the State of Texas) since 2019. I have experience providing care in multiple treatment settings that include, private practice - Christian counseling - in training/referrals, inpatient/outpatient facilities, primary/secondary educational settings, and group practice - telehealth therapy services.
I have provided treatment in individual and group modalities; for concerns that include: Dual Diagnosis, Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety, and Domestic Violence. My approach to counseling centers on safety planning and building self-care skills.
I utilize the CBT approach to help the individuals I serve, increase their self-awareness of habits that may negatively affect well-being and/or relationships. I believe that ongoing Mental Health assessments can help improve quality of life.
