I have been providing counseling services for over 35 years. I use the evidence-based approaches to provide you the best possible approaches to working in your issues. Life is difficult and life is complex. We all need others at times in our lives to help us through hard times. I have worked with many clients to help them deal with their anxiety, depression, and substance misuse issue. I am passionate about helping others to heal and thrive.
I have also taught in several undergraduate and graduate counseling and psychology programs. I want to bring the best knowledge we have in psychology and counseling to your counseling experience. Change is not easy, but it is possible.
