Therapy involves talking through presenting and past issues with a skilled professional who helps a client come to a resolution or solution. I believe the client and therapist travel together to find these solutions and resolutions. I use evidence-based practices to help pre-teens, teens, young adults, and adults.
It can be scary to take the next step and talk to someone about your trauma history, anxiety, stress, loss, or shame. It is also one of the strongest and most courageous things a person can do.
