We work together to develop a plan to restore hope for the future through gaining insight, coping skills, and confidence. I have specialized training working with pregnant and post-partum parents, grief, substance use, harm reduction, and working with the LGBT+ community. I currently have some evening and weekend availability if business hours are not an option for you at this time.

I focus on helping a client work on personal issues as well as primary relationships. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, and addictions. Counseling is a partnership. You're the expert in running your life and I have the training and experience in partnering with others. I specialize in helping to improve your relationships with other people. I offer a validating environment that allows you to explore your problems without judgement and together we can work to create solutions. I've been trained in a variety of treatment methods and will tailor therapy to your specific needs. I draw heavily from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and combine both DBT Psychotherapy and DBT Skills Training into individual sessions.
