Not accepting new clients
I work from a holistic framework, inviting the client's mind and body into the conversation. This style of psychotherapy assists the client in reducing stress levels and going deep into the places where older trauma resides, feelings of depression, restlessness, anxiety, worry, and unease. To help them embrace who they are and to positively inspire them to look inside themselves and discover what they want and how to cope with stressors and emotional turmoil. My approaches to therapy are through supportive, client oriented therapy, eye movement desensitization, play therapy, sand-play therapy, hypnosis, guided breathing, and meditation.

Pain is a part of life, but feeling like you're alone in your suffering shouldn't have to be. My goal is to make sure that no matter what you are going through, you do not feel alone in your struggle. I use a client-centered approach in my therapy and draw from a blend of mindfulness, relational therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, social justice-oriented, and person-centered approaches. I use Brainspotting as a way to provide relief for severe trauma symptoms. Together I believe that we can collaborate in your growth and healing journey to bring you to a place of peace and joy.

Changes, struggles, and just-being-stuck happens. You do not have to go it alone. A listener and a suggester of new ways of seeing or doing things might help. Together we can strive to help you, your family, or your children to a place of hope, well-being, and growth. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, mid-life adults and seniors. I became a therapist through working with divorcing families and children of divorce. Divorce is a hard transition for children and parents. A therapist can help with the sadness, discomfort, and difference in challenging times.

Often described as bright, hilarious and empathic, Sarah became a therapist so that she could be the light and help others to become the light themselves. She believes this is her lie purpose and hopes to make guests laugh even on their darkest days. She will be guests’ top fan and offer unlimited encouragement.

Therapy creates a space for individuals, couples and families to learn new strategies to address the challenges of life. My approach is to work with you on your desired outcomes with no judgment or steering in a particular direction. All feelings serve a purpose. Every person has the ability to feel fulfilled, create close relationships and be successful. Learn tools to take back control of your feelings and maintain emotional stability. I am a firm believer that although we can't change our circumstances or the past, we can change how we react in the present.
