Aloha! I'm a mental health counselor licensed in Hawaii and Massachusetts. I'm a Music Therapist. I earned a Masters from Lesley University in Expressive Arts Therapies, with nine years of experience working in the mental health field. I help individual adults struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, or general life difficulties that require help to sort through. I support your self expression, tension reduction, and fostering healthier connections with the people in your life. I'm meeting for sessions online and in person.

Aloha! My name is Koala Matsuoka, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I grew up on the beautiful island of Oahu. As a therapist, my goal is to always show my clients support and provide a safe space for them to feel heard and understood. I am interested in working with different age ranges, from early childhood to adulthood. I would also like to work with athletes at different levels and those going through life transitions.
