I am a clinical psychologist who is passionate about bringing evidence-based treatments to clinical settings. I provide treatments for OCD, Tourette/tic disorders, anxiety, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based CBT for OCD, Habit Reversal Training (HRT)/Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) for tics, as well as ABA and social skills training using the PEERS model for individuals with autism. For children, I also emphasize parent training to equip parents to support their child's therapy goals.

I was born and raised in Hawaii and my passion is to support children, teens, and adults within my local community. I have been in practice for the past 14+ years, and it is my desire is to provide a family-friendly environment with professional and ethical services to meet the emotional, physical, and social well-being of children, teens, adults and their families.

I love working with Individuals, Couples, Families with children/adolescents or small groups of people who find life challenging and/or difficult in any way. People are born healthy with a natural capacity for living life well. As each individual begins to see those abilities that we are naturally gifted with to face life and be successful with it , all of their "problems" and obstacles begin to fall away. Life transforms.

Life is full of ups and downs, but sometimes, we get stuck in those downs and forget how to come up for air. If left unattended, we can find ourselves feeling depressed, anxious, stressed out, constantly getting emotionally triggered, and maybe even feel as if the relationships in our lives are suffering. However, we don't have to live there forever and we can learn to see that there is light at the end of the tunnel - and I can help you with that.

I am a licensed clinical social worker who has received extensive training in many trauma-focused modalities. Along her professional and spiritual journey through the Wellness Institute in Washington, A.U.M in Chicago, and Arthur Findlay College in the UK, she has been trained in Advanced Clinical Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, Breathwork, Subtle Energy, Mediumship, and Shamanic traditions. A veteran with over 20 years of experience in military life as both the spouse, service member, and therapist, Leah continues to grow and expand and enjoys sharing all that she learns with those that she encounters.
