Ellen Eberhardt, LCSW. Hawaii State License4022. My approach to therapy is to meet clients where they are at. My focus of practice is to lift the client's mood, decrease anxiety, teach new coping skills, and build self-esteem. I typically work with clients ages 12 -85 that are having adjustment concerns due to relationship problems, grief/loss, depression, and anxiety. I enjoy working with everyone who just needs someone to talk with about life challenges.

I am a pre-licensed therapist with a background in education, specializing in working with children and teens aged 10 and above. I accept HMSA insurance, including HMSA Quest, and approach my practice with kindness and empathy. I assist parents in navigating co-parenting and single parenting challenges. If your children are struggling to cope with their emotions or difficult situations, I provide a safe therapeutic space where they can learn to process and manage their feelings effectively.

Stress and distress also impact adults, especially during these unprecedented times. Utilizing client strengths, relationship themes, and self-regulation techniques, I help clients learn to cope effectively instead of suppressing feelings or self-medicating. Together, we can identify problem thoughts and behaviors, how they were historically adaptive, why they are maladaptive now, and how to make positive changes for the future.

Kayla Ennett, PsyD, LMHC, is a licensed therapist living in Colorado who is very motivated and excited to work with the residents of Hawaii via TeleHealth therapy. Kayla has an eclectic experience with counseling. She started off as a college career counselor and then moved on to school counseling. Later in her career, she began doing therapy with inmates at a state prison then veterans and their families on post. She currently focuses on working with clients and couples who suffer from depression, anxiety, personality disorders, LGBTQ+, and concerns related to intimacy and sex.

Kendra has been practicing as a Licensed Social Worker in Hawaii for 24 years in both an acute care hospital setting and in Hospice. During this time she has also provided counseling and therapy through telehealth services to numerous clients. Throughout her career she has worked with individuals and families with grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, medical and health concerns, and crisis and trauma management.
