HAVEN Wellness Counseling was created from the need to provide a place of safety and refuge to those seeking healing in a world filled with uncertainties. The impact of a global pandemic left many individuals, families, and communities rattled. At HAVEN, we specialize in addressing trauma through informed care. We most commonly work with people navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions and grief. We believe that everyone has the capacity to overcome their personal challenges and cultivate joy through healing. Our team of licensed, professional, and most notably caring staff look forward to supporting you.
The clinicians at HAVEN work with a wide variety of individuals, most fondly with emerging adults and their families. Our staff is trained to work with the following mental health circumstances: adjustment disorders, anxiety and panic disorders, social anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, and grief and loss. We offer faith-based services upon request.
We understand that reaching out for help takes a great deal of courage. At HAVEN, we believe that healing is best done with compassionate support.
