I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with generational trauma re-learn and recreate new and healthy patterns in adulthood. We inherit certain traits from those traumas, how they were handled by the adults around us, and our own "fight or flight" response. My goal is to help you identify your triggers and heal from them during our sessions.
As an outcome-focused therapist, I will provide a gentle, safe space for you to explore the roots of your challenges. I will help you gain new insights into yourself and help you find natural relief from these obstacles. I am passionate about watching my clients transform through the process to reach the goals they have set for themselves.
