My role as your therapist is to help you examine deeply, the problem, pain or confusion that brings you here, from every possible perspective, so that you become self-aware and acutely informed of the underlying problem, to help you and your partner get to where you want to be.

In my 23 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with teens, couples and individuals, providing evidence-based therapeutic services for Anxiety, Depression, parenting and behavioral problems, and various marital and relationship challenges.

Relationships can be complicated and helping you to create a fulfilling, passionate and strong relational life is my focus, passion and dedication. No relationship is perfect at all times, but in healthy relationships partners feel happy, fulfilled and content.
