These may include changes in employment, finances, marital relationships, parenting and increased anxiety. I am here to help you set goals, develop better coping skills and become happier with your self and in your relationships. I offer marriage counseling as well. I strive for straight talk in an approachable non-threatening manner. My clients report that I am the first therapist that ever made them feel comfortable enough to share their true concerns and finally be able to begin working on change.
My comfortable and non- judgmental practice provides the opportunity to take a fresh look at what’s going on in your life and how can you best deal with it. I also help with practical skills for reducing anxiety.
