Hi. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in California. I have extensive training and clinical experience in trauma therapies. My perspective is that childhood trauma has a lifelong impact on the ability of people to like, accept, and have compassion for themselves; to feel, express, and regulate their emotions; to be vulnerable, honest, and communicative in relationships; to take risks at work and in relationships; and to find meaning, satisfaction, and joy in life.
My psychotherapy practice exists to help individual adults (18 years +) who are struggling with the consequences of childhood trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, prolonged grief, and existential issues such as identity, authenticity, aging, death, and meaning/purpose in life.
