Our mental state has it's ebbs and flows. Life often has us pivoting in a way that impacts our growth mindset. My approach is to offer a therapeutic space that will allow us to travel the various avenues to emotional healing. My approaches are not a one sized fits all type methodology and are tailored to build a working relationship within a non-judgmental manner. I utilize shared experiences and humor (respectfully) in order to establish a foundation for developing change.
I specialize in therapy for adolescents and adults with ADHD , Anxiety Depression and self harm behaviors. I offer Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered and other various modalities that are centered on the client's willingness to be apart of change.
Our mind can be self defeating at times and if we are not able to process our emotions within a healthy manner we can often live within darkness.
